PooP

Project: Object-Oriented Programmation

This project took place during a school project at INSA Rennes. In a team of two students (including Loic Pelleau), PooP was made in four months beside class hours.

The main goal of this project was to re-create the game Small World. Small World is a turn based game. Two players fight to kill enemy's units. This game was developed in C++ (for the algorithms part) and in C# and WPF (for the GUI). Before to begin to develop, they conceived UML diagrams.

Loic Pelleau took part in each section of this project. From modeling, to develop and writing the documentation. He developed a custom algorithm to create the map where players move. He conceived with the help of his teammate the GUI along the lines of Age of Empires 2.

They both learned a lot during this project and had a lot of fun. They liked the technologies they worked with.
